Ravioli was always a dreaded dish on MasterChef, but Chef Gary's Ricotta Ravioli was obviously perfect. Drizzles of burnt, Saltbush garlic and a smooth, thick, mellow sauce coated the beautiful, ravioli that was so enjoyable to eat.
