Without a doubt, Mussoorie is the “Queen of Hill Station” of the northern part of India. It is situated 34 Kilometers from Dehradun, Uttrakhand. Any time around the year is good to visit manali except for monsoon times. For snow lovers december to february

It depends on what you want to see there.. If you want to see snow, then Dec to March is best time.

Best season to visit Amritsar is from Oct - April. Summer are really hot. Places to visit are 1. Golden temple, 2. Jalaiwala bagh and 3. Wagha Border.
