Probably yes, it will be there. And due to this reason major snowfall areas are closed at that time. For example, you can visit Manali, but way to rohtang will be closed in March. And in Manali there probably won't be any snowfall in March.
Less chances currently i am in mcleodganj and it's the prime season for snowfall but instead it's raining but still it's beautiful don't worry about snowfall in march if triund is on your check list because there will be snow there.
Himachal isn't a small village, it's an entire state. So you will be able to experience snowfall in different parts of Himachal during March. I don't think there will be snowfall at Manali, but you can enjoy it in places like Rohtang, Khajjiar, Tosh etc.
You will have less chance in march, snowfall mainly occurs in the month of January.
how ever you may get chance to see snow in Rohtang pass, Manali in march.
In the month of March rohtang will be closed so it doesn't make sense to go Manali Infact there are less chances for snowfall. Jan is the best time to visit however, You can plan for Dharamshala & Dalhousie instead of Manali in the month of march. From Dharamshala you can try triund, might be you will get snow over there.
To witness snowfall you will have to visit in the month of January (this month). It is quite unlikely that it would snow in the month of March. However, you will be able to see snow.

Hi! You might be able to see snow in Himachal in March, at the following places: 1. Solang 2. Manali 3. Rohtang
4. Spiti Valley 5. Kufri 6. Khajjiar You should check the weather in these places before you do your bookings because snowfall predictions are susceptible to change. If you want to see snow for sure, you might consider shifting your trip back to sometime in February, as there are more chances you'll see snow then. Happy Travelling!
Most probably no. But if visiting in March, pls talk to your hotel to confirm if the Rohtang pass is open. Many a times it is closed down in case there is heavy snowfall
