You can visit all three places depending upon whether you want to go for beach or muntains. i just visited coorg but i feel north india has way better scenic views and coorg is a bit overrated

All 3 are good to visit. I just returned back on 1st Jan covering all these 3 places. I would prefer Gokarna as first option, second will be coorg as it has lot to see and the climate
Chikmagalur is also good with nice greenery, cool climate and the coffee cherries ready for harvest. The coffee estates look beautiful full of red coffee cherries
