In delhi these days first of see FOG till later mornings and early evenings. 1st day you can see Red Fort, India Gate, Humayu's Tomb, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Parliament , Kutub Minar, Gandhi Museum 2nd Day Shakti Sthal, Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple, Madam Tusade Delhi, roam around Canaught Place , shop something in Palika Bazar Poducherry will be boring for your for week ...however not sure about places around ...

For Pondicherry, 2 days are more than enough.

For the first day visit Red fort, chandani chowk and near it's near by famous food counters. Red fort itself take 3-4 hr to visit. For the second day reached to central secretariat metro station which is nearby to rastrapati bhawan and parliament on the opposite side of rastrapati bhawan u will see India gate, national war memorial,amar jawan jyoti they all are in the same premises of India gate. Then visit Agrasen ki baoli which is near by to India gate and from their on u can go to cannaught place for some famous delhi food.
