Hi Raja, The best to visit Leh Ladakh is from mid May to mid October. Hemis Festival happens in 30th June & 1st July every month in Leh Ladakh gives you different experience like heavy snowfall, heavy rains, lot riders, extreme temperatures, pleasant climate, greenery. pick a month according to your preference & leave your footprints there. Roads close from mid October to mid May if you traveling on bike & you see hardly anybody. All shops, Restaurants & hotels for tourists remains close from mid October to mid May.

July to September.. In july and august u will find lots of tourist but in September tourists are less and u will get good rates at hotels as well as road condition is much better in September.. Read my experience

Hi Raja! The best time to visit Leh Ladakh is in the summer, between the months of April to September. During this time, the weather remains pleasant and is ideal for exploring. However, the Frozen River Trek, which is one of the most famous treks, is only carried out in the months of December and January. September is one of the best time to go to Leh as this time offers some of the best sights of Ladakh and better road conditions (than amid the Monsoons). As the peak season (June-August) is over, now the rates of the hotel are decreased.
The Ladakh temperature during this time is Maximum 21° C, Minimum 5° C. The climate is cool and wonderful chill begins to look in. It in some cases you can find snows amid late September. Get a chance to enjoy the crystal clear water with glimmering sunbeams falling over the surface and making it sparkle.
Also at this time, the road conditions are much better than the usual. At times there can be snowfall which can cause a roadblock.
Visit some of the best parts of this region like the mesmerizing Pangong Lake and enchanting Tso Moriri and get a chance to learn about the culture and the beauty of this region. Also visit the famous monasteries and the stupas here while you pass through the highest motorable road.
