You can Take a train till Kolkata and then take a cruise from there this should be around say max 6K to and fro. while a flight is around 16k.

Hi swapnil, The cheapest way to reach Andaman is by air. As it is an island and you are traveling from Pune or Mumbai it is a lot of work to travel by road to Chennai and then taking a ferry to Andaman which is a tiresome travel and even if your travel expenses is less compared to the flight your pitcher expenses like food and accommodation will cost you more than what you pay fit l for the flight. so it is better to take the flight which you save you time work and money. if you find this answer helpful please leave an upvote to this reply.

Hi Swapnil, Since Andaman is union district and it is an island, you cant get cheapest way of travel.
Only thing is Air travel.
You can get from from Mumbai to Port Blair or can travel to chennai and book a flight from there to port blair.

Hey Swapnil Greetings I have recently travelled to Andaman , the best way to reach Andaman ( Portblair ) is Airways You can get direct flight from either Kolkata or Chennai and also keep in mind you need to submit RTPCR / Covid Negative report which should not be older that 48 hours
