We are 2 person reaching haridwar on 17 September for char dham yatra so plz suggest 1-where should we go first mean start from yamunotri and badrinath in last or start from badrinath and yamunotri in last? 2-is it safe time considering rain?

In haridwar there are many bus operators you can reach them . there are bus from haridwar to kedarnath for 700₹ - 500₹ per person one way ticket .
