Hi, I would suggest you to plan your trip to Shanghai during Spring (March-April) and Autumn (September-November). Due to peak season and humidity, Summers should not be preferred to visit Shanghai. Do visit places such as Yu Garden, Nanjing Road for shopping, City God temple of Shanghai. Happy travelling!

The best month to visit Shanghai, China largely depends on weather preferences and events. Generally, spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer mild temperatures and pleasant weather, ideal for exploring the city's attractions comfortably. Summer (June to August) can be hot and humid, while winter (December to February) tends to be cold. Best time to visit Shanghai is in spring from March to May orr autumn from September to November. During these months the weather is pleasant making it perfect for exploring the city's highlights. When I visited I loved wandering along the Bund at sunset. Seeing the skyline light up is unforgettable. Don’t miss Yu Garden for a glimpse of classical Chinese architecture and if you’re into art the West Bund is full of contemporary galleries. For a more local vibe Tianzifang is packed with quirky shops and cafes. For more tips and personalized guides for exploring Shanghai, I would recommend https://gowithguide.com/China Enjoy! 🍻
