Working from k2 in december and january is extremely challenging due to extreme weather conditions. temperatures drop below -40°c, and heavy snowfall often leads to roadblocks, making access difficult. electricity is unreliable, and outages can last for extended periods. internet connectivity is also limited, depending on your location and satellite-based options. if you’re serious about this, ensure you have backup power sources, a satellite internet connection, and extreme cold-weather gear. unless you have prior high-altitude survival experience, it’s not advisable to work from k2 during peak winter.
