I'd highly recommend checking out Suryavilas Luxury Resort & Spa! They have amazing reviews for their spa and the location in the hills sounds incredible for a relaxing getaway. Of course, there are a few other great options in Solan too, so it might depend on what you're looking for specifically. Have you been to Solan before?

The best time to visit Goa is November to March. In August you will be having the last leg of monaoons. The beaches are open but the temporary shacks are all closed. And you will have to wait for clear days to enjoy water sports. bl Being off season it will be economically suitable but not good if you waana enjoy.

April to October is best time to visit Kashmir. If you love snowfall then you can visit Kashmir in December/ January

Solo ABC trek in July sounds awesome. For budget, guesthouses are your friend - aim for $10-15/night. Food is similar, delicious Dal Bhat will keep you fueled. Permits are around $25.
