Solo ABC trek in July sounds awesome. For budget, guesthouses are your friend - aim for $10-15/night. Food is similar, delicious Dal Bhat will keep you fueled. Permits are around $25. Consider a guide for safety (especially solo) but it can add some cost. Most importantly, acclimatization! Take it slow, enjoy the scenery. Have an amazing adventure!
