You should definitely visit Jaipur, you'll be totally amazed to see the sky out there, colourful sky full of kites all around. It is a huge festival for them, and is celebrated with all heart

Obviously anywhere in Gujarat, More you enjoy in Ahemedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rann of Kutch... No need to worry any city in gujarat sky will be full of kites and terraces will be full of beautiful faces...
