Hi Rajeev, I recently went to Kashmir and enjoyed a lot. If you are travelling solo or with friends you don't need to buy any packages. In these packages you must be giving your hard earned money to the person who is arranging everything for you. I suggest you to explore some videos on youtube which explains where to go, what to watch and where to eat and stay, And plan your trip according to that. This will save lots of money. Kashmir is really beautifull
