Hi You should get your business registered / you should get your certification done / basic mountaineering at least and others / first aid course done. Join some company and work there to learn how they manage and promote events After working at some company you will be better equipped Important thing is practice trekking weekly and do your courses .

Start local expeditions.
Connect with local business/startup or corporate community and organize activities for them.
Have local trekking challenges.
Make the entire activity fun and theme based: Ex, Trekking during kite festival, family trekking programs etc.
Use local FB, insta, LinkedIn groups to spread a word across.
