It is wonderful. I had been there in the March for paragliding in the solang valley. The temperature is not as biting as it is in Nov-Jan. A bonus tip- Don't forget to visit the old Manali and its cafes. They are awesome.

It's good. But make sure that all passes are open. Due to snowfall few routes are blocked and you might end up missing few places.

In moth of March there are so many places you can go with your friends and family ...manali is also the best option in this month when it is not too much hot and not too much cold enough so ya you can go to Manali .....best idea
