Hi, Planning a road trip from Hyderabad to Kashi (Varanasi) is an exciting spiritual journey. Here's a suggested itinerary, keeping your preferences in mind (10 hours driving per day, no night driving), and some key places to visit: Key Considerations: Vehicle: A Grand i10 Nios petrol is suitable for this trip, but ensure it's serviced and in good condition before you depart. Carry essential tools, a spare tire, and necessary documents. Road Conditions: National Highways (NH) are generally good, but be prepared for variations in local roads. Use GPS navigation (Google Maps, etc.) for real-time updates. Breaks: Plan regular breaks for rest, food, and fuel. Accommodation: Book hotels in advance, especially during peak season. Flexibility: Road trips can be unpredictable, so allow for flexibility in your schedule. Suggested Itinerary: This itinerary breaks the journey into manageable segments, allowing for comfortable driving and sightseeing. Day 1: Hyderabad to Nagpur (Approx. 8-9 hours) Start early from Hyderabad. Drive along NH44. Nagpur offers good accommodation options. Places to see in Nagpur, if time allows: Deekshabhoomi, Zero Mile Stone. Day 2: Nagpur to Jabalpur (Approx. 7-8 hours) Continue on NH44. Jabalpur is known for its scenic beauty. Places to visit: Bhedaghat (Marble Rocks), Dhuandhar Falls. Day 3: Jabalpur to Prayagraj (Allahabad) (Approx. 8-9 hours) Drive through Madhya Pradesh towards Uttar Pradesh. Prayagraj is a significant pilgrimage site. Places to visit: Triveni Sangam, Allahabad Fort, Anand Bhavan. Day 4: Prayagraj to Varanasi (Kashi) (Approx. 3-4 hours) This is a shorter driving day, allowing you to reach Varanasi comfortably. Check into your hotel and relax. Evening: Witness the famous Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Day 5 & 6: Varanasi Sightseeing Explore the spiritual heart of Kashi. Visit: Kashi Vishwanath Temple Manikarnika Ghat Assi Ghat Sarnath (a Buddhist pilgrimage site) Take a boat ride on the Ganges. Enjoy the local cuisine and vibrant atmosphere. Return Journey: You can follow a similar route back, or you might choose to explore different places along the way. Considering a return trip, you could break the return journey down like this. Varanasi to Jabalpur. Jabalpur to Nagpur. Nagpur to Hyderabad. Important Tips: Fuel: Ensure you refuel at reliable fuel stations. Carry extra fuel if possible, especially in remote areas. Food: Try local delicacies at dhabas and restaurants along the way. Carry snacks and water. Safety: Drive defensively and obey traffic rules. Avoid driving late at night. Inform someone about your travel plans. Spiritual Preparation: When visiting religious sites, dress modestly and respect local customs.
