Honestly, there is no such awesome food or shopping thing in Pushkar. But the typical local eating joints in the market near Brahma temple are good for experience. Even for shopping there is not much unique things related to Pushkar but you will find Rajasthani handicrafts, jewellery, etc again in the local market. What you must enjoy is sitting on the steps of the Pushkar lake during sunrise or late in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere. Happy Weekend
