Hey Arun, From Baga start to aguada fort Bro ... It's hardly 10 Kms .. From aguada go to sequerim beach and also fort .. you also have few water sports to enjoy there ... From sequerim you can go to basilica of Bom jesus Church ... it's a unesco heritage site and also worth a visit and in afternoons it's best to stay inside than be dre on out under. sun ... From church ...head towards Chapora fort aka dil chahata hai fort and enjoy the best sunset there from the fort side ... u can also get down to vagator beach for parties if you are interested in ... These are the places you can cover in a day on bike ... Happy Travelling Bro!!!

Gokarna (Mountains and beach)and Dudhsagar Fall(That Chennai express movie waterfall) is the best option and it's like 80 km from Baga beach.
