Hello, I’m a Central Govt employee and native of Kerala. I’m planning to purchase a hill stn Plot for retirement home in Uttarakhand state. I would be happy if anyone could suggest me few good unknown hill locations in the state. Thank you in advance

Talk to native cuz some act for eg 118 in Himachal nobody can buy land .. I think same for Uttarakhand
