You can rent scooter in Goa if you have not brought your original driving licence but this make sure you are having a photograph of it. but if you not having even image of it ,then it will be a little difficult case,someone mein rent u scooty or bike on basis of your Aadhar card but if traffic police asks for it then it will a problem for you I am the owner to there could be some heavy punishments linked with it. all the best thing is you can link your licence with your mobile number which will be available online too in ewallet .Hope you understand . if you are planning to visit Goa then I have a suggestion for you,I just checked online and the thing which I have found is there are many great packages available on tripoto itself please go through this link https://www.tripoto.com/goa/tour-packages

The vendors generally take pan card/Aadhar card as security but you would stll need your license to drive around and if asked to show on police check points

Vendors might take other id and give you scooty but if you will be caught with license you will have to pay hefty fine. So must avoid this scenario.

The vendors can accept other IDs like pan/Aadhar card but you need to have a driving license to drive around Goa and also to avoid fines by traffic police

The vendors there accept other ids too and can accept digital driving license too..like in phone or something...it's better to carry your license as traffic police might check you

Most vendors only take driving licence, without which vehicles will not be given. There are surprise checks for driving licences on road for tourists so its better to keep it with you.

Please avoid riding if you are not carrying driving license. but few vendors still provide vehicles taking your aadhar card. Happy travelling

Mostly vehicles are given on driving license only, but they give with aadhar as well, but if the police stops you then it might be a risk.

The car/bike rental will easily agree to give u the vehicle on rent based on voter id, adhar etc. but there is lot of traffic police on roads and if they stop u and u dont have a license, u may get into trouble

Yes you can rent bikes with other ids like aadhar card but for riding around you would require driving license as local police may ask . If you have it's photo , then it will not be a problem.

Not a good idea. In the recent reports of 2018, the traffic cops of Goa have collected double the amount of money equivalent to the Goa population. Specially if plan to travel Panjim or from North to South, you'll be caught for sure. But you can use it to travel short distance. Der r cops all around Goa and the first thing they target are tourist even if u get the bike b ready to keep money just to gv it to the cops

If i hired a bike on rent by giving Aadhar or pan id and later if traffic police had caught as then if we show him learning licence then also he will fine as
