India is vast country. Every region or state has its unique taste. Punjabi Food, Gujrati Vegetarian Thali, South Indian food like Idli, Dosa are very popular. In Snacks Pakode, Samosa are very Famous. In Sweets Jalebi, Gulab jamun, Laddu are very popular.

Hi, In India there are many dishes like idli,samber dosa ,dahi bara specially u can try South indian dishes which ar non spicy and healthy digestible food .kindly avoid trying masala foods. Specially avoid street foods Example paprichat ,golgappa,many more fried type recipes..
