So I'm too much into music festivals and have attended a lot, whether they are home grown artists or international ones like Tomorrowland ;) .So this thirst for music took me to ZIRO Festival which is held amidst cloudy and paddy fields of Ziro Village, 1500 meter above sea level, Arunachal Pradesh. Reaching there itself is a path taken by few Bravehearts, but Misty mountains, yellow huge fields and fellow beautiful travelers does half of the task of making the festival worth it.
Once you reach Ziro, you will find people roaming around with rice beer in bamboo sticks, Yes ! You have the authority there but not to show their authorization over you but to take care of you. Salute to army personnels and military for keeping us safe and understand the vibe of music festivals. I know it was hard sometimes to take care of gorgeous high on life, Girls!! You can sit anywhere on the festival ground, lie if you want to, hug someone or try to if you are cold, have some rice beer or mix all their beers kiwi, plum, rice just like my friends did and call it a punch and when you are not in festival during morning time, go meet apatani tribals, catch fish just like the tribals do, roam around villages, go to pine tree Trails if you seek peace.
Go about your life, eat, drink, merry, listen to the local talented artists, dance the night away and make life much more beautiful. Once the festival ends, the best part of festival is waiting for you. Your camps, just next to festival.
They aren't five stars but million stars in the sky with bonfire and music waiting for you. Go make stories, ciao.
