Solo backpacking Sikkim and Darjeeling..
Head to bagdodra airport from Indore, book a sharing cab online from wizride or if need u can take sharing cab from airport itself will cost between Ra 500-700 to Gangtok..
Or still if want to save some money..go to silguri in Rs 15-20 bus stand and take Gangtok bus or cab

Explore gangtok, local sightseeing.. Rumtek Monestry, falls, gurudwara, mg marg.. Etc
Next day take permit for changu lake, baba mandir, zuluk and nathu la.. Depends on availability form sikkim tourism website or using travel agent
Eat local cuisine.. Momos... Thupka etc..

Then book a tour for North sikkim of 2 n 3 d or 1 n 2 d
Which includes Gurgomarodar lake, zero point, Yumthang valley to witness snow..
Prepare for very low oxygen levels, take snow boots and proper thermals for same..
Sharing cab will be available from North sikkim bus stand..

After North sikkim tour.. Head for Pelling for peace and Kanchenjunga view
Get sharing cab for pelling at pelling stand will cost 200-300 overall
Gangtok to Jorethang-Jorethang to Pelling
Stay at upper pelling for better view near helipad.
Explore India's first skywalk , Khecheopalri Lake,
Kanchenjunga waterfalls, orange garden, national park, Monestry .
Can do paragliding around 5 k in upper pelling.
2-3 days are enough for Pelling
U can stay at hotel Aurora in upper pelling near helipad (dm me for contacts?)
Local sightseeing cab can be done around 2k (dm for local cab)
Ola and uber doesn't work
Then head for darjeeling (1 day) tea garden.. Local points etc.
Then back to silguri/airport
