This is my first time going on a trip by myself, and it was a first step I'm thankful I took. You don't have someone to say "Hey! Look at that!" to when you see something beautiful, but you learn to enjoy your own company. Many say that Perth is boring, but the slow pace of life there was just what I needed. If you are from a loud and busy city like mine, you can expect to enjoy some peace and me time during your stay in Perth. The transport system is good and affordable, although food is a tad pricey. A tip: do not have concrete plans for the trip, there's always tours you can book at your hostel!
