In my month long road-trip to North Bengal and Sikkim, I discovered many quaint and beautiful places.
Kolakham Village is one such hidden gem in Kalimpong district, a few km from a hamlet called Rishop.
This village represents sustainable ways of tourism.
All the accommodations here are home-stays, benefiting the locals |
The vibes of this place are all sunshine and full of positivity.
Though we stopped there on our way, they were kind enough to invite us to see their village.
We chatted with them and shared tea.
Kolkham Village has my heart, and I would definitely like to come back here for a longer stay.
