In lap of nature, forest beauty, there is a beautiful property named Silk Route Retreat. We stayed in this property on 5 dec 2019 when we explored darjiling and kalimpong. Kalimpong and darjiling both are beautiful hill stations.
This property Silk Route Retreat is located near kalimpong in forests.
We reached evening at this property around 6 'O clock. It seemed very dark . In East side there is early sunrise and early sunset.
We booked this property on Oyo site, but at that time they said that they had no contact with Oyo. We faced difficulty. But we showed booking details and this matter solved. They provided room in Silk Route Retreat which situated at some walking distance, some downstairs . In dark we can't saw anything just entered room. We ordered dinner which we dined in room. There were bonfire also. Our neighbour roommate couple used bonfire. There was little bit chilly weather, we got tired also and fell asleep .
Next day morning we saw the beauty of nature around the room , room was totally in lap of nature. There were flowers, bushes, plants and lot of more.

1. Beautiful, with good interior, paintings , fully maintained reception give you warm welcome.
2. After 2-3 downstairs beautiful restaurant greets you having wooden benches, lovely food and good decorative things pleases you.
3. After some downstairs and small bridge there were 5 double bed cottages in a row. Each cottage has attached neat & clean washroom, sofa bed, cup board.
Every cottage has sitting bench outside to enjoy the beauty of nature.
4. After further downstairs there were Bathroom Hut for tent payers.
5. There were 5 tent home stays. One workspace Hut with free wifi facilities to work in nature.
