SAIGON aka Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Started of from Mumbai International Airport. Our traditional ride with CHAI pot displayed terminal. An overnight journey with Malaysian Airlines to experiance new country on fresh new day.

IMP Advice : I personally found the airport immigration service very lethargic and frustrating. Do carry passport size photograph for people going with Visa on arrival option.

As it was a two day trip we had very less time to explore.
1. Checked into hotels
2. Explored the city by walking.
3. Visited War Museum.
4. Local restaurants. Great veg and non veg options. Don't forget to sip up popular coffee varieties.
5. Explored botanical garden and few other museums

Last and final day after official work I head directly to the  Saigon Skyline. Night lights just makes it perfect. We went for a 30 mins boat ride in Saigon river and enjoyed the evening.

It has number of local food outlets where you can enjoy authentic local and sea food (Indians be aware of less spice food).
I found the people very helpful over there but be careful of pickpockets in crowded places like markets. Night life is the fun time to enjoy.
