Vietnam is an amiable and secure place to travel. The trips here remain sensually smooth and trouble-free with a cool head and sensible planning. Vietnamese people are the most beloved humans, and they love to show their beloved country to visitors. The stunning land and the beautiful people here makes it a must place visit in the Asia region. However, a traveller should always be aware of their new surroundings and the possible events that could happen to them anywhere, such as scams and con artists looking to swipe your cash and vital valuables.

So keep a lookout for the below tricks and safety measures during your visit to lovely Vietnam.

Take care of Money Switch. Its usually done by motorbike or taxi drivers that try by using sleight of hand. Always keep a change of cash with yourself so that you will be able to pay small and little bills. Say no to Fake Taxis. Well, I mean, always pick trusted companies to travel domestically. Vinasun (white) and Mai Linh (green) are one of them. It will help you in avoiding extra meter charges frauds. Be Aware of Bait- and Switch Massage as there are no extra charges for tourists, such as ridiculous fees for things like water, towels, and music. So don't be hoodwinked. This safety measure is especially for Men's. You guys need to keep yourself vigilant from active girls there who might start flirting with you telling how handsome you look, and just vanished your whole pocket. Always keep an offline or online destination map with yourself and don't rely on the taxi driver completely as they might charge extra by taking you through a long and circuitous route to raise fares charges.

Does the police help you in Vietnam if you get some difficulties to face there?

Yes, the police have a tight grip on the public there, and honestly, as per my research, there are extremely rare reports of muggings, robberies, frauds, or sexual assaults. You can call on Vietnam Police Emergency helpline number 113 in case of an emergency number or can visit Ho Chi Minh City/ Hanoi Police station there to register any complaint. But I hope, this number would be needed by you as people in the country are really helpful and lovely. Cheers!

Is Vietnam safe for children and Women's?

Yes, this place is also safe enough for ladies and young children. You'll get to see many families with their small children roaming around in the country streets. Just avoid rushing out to many places with babies under 18 months. You shall always carry baby food pouches and their essential items in hand with you. It will make your trip smoother and hassle-free. Additionally, there are numerous international hospitals with foreign-trained doctors here that provides excellent health services. The hospitals are well established with modern equipment and health facilities in larger cities of Vietnam, so need not worry about any medical facility also in case you require.
