Day 1

Belonging to an Indian family you get permission to go out with your friends when you are adult enough to take care of yourself all alone. You can't go out until your parents are convinced that you can take of yourself. So I started working in September and went on my first trip in May 2019. During summer's the first place you wanna go to is where the weather is cool. Where the sun doesn't give you Tan. So the hill station is the best place to visit during summers.
As I belong from Uttrakhand I love my hometown and when we are kids our parents take us to visit our hometown and grandparents and that place is a perfect summer vacation spot. So I knew the first place I wanted to explore was Uttrakhand. Me and my friend from my office (Ringlai) we googled many places and decide to visit Mukteshwar, in Uttrakhand.
The journey starts from New Delhi at night and we reached Uttrakhand, Haldwani by morning 6. So my friend Aditya who is from Uttrakhand and stays in Delhi joined us in Anand Vihar bus stand. He went to his home and we booked a hotel and stayed there. We then got ready and left for Mukteshwar at 11 two of my friends from Uttrakhand picked us up and the journey started the weather was nice and as usual beauty was everywhere. We stopped at many places in midway and clicked many pictures. Then we found a spot to have food and had momos and maggie. Some of my friends were already there and then we started to go to Chauli ki Jali in Mukteshwar it is the beautiful tourist spot located there. If you are ever visiting Mukteshwar you can go visit it. I am always attracted to hills, trees, and rivers as I belong from there.

We then booked a hotel and stayed the night we sat at the balcony of the hotel room and enjoyed the night view of the place. The view was beautiful if you see down from there you will see and feel like the stars are down there. Usually, those are the houses of people from there. Then as we were tired we slept early.

The beautiful morning was the perfect start. We were sound asleep and then I hear thunder sound and woke up one of our friends was already awake and then we came to our balconies and saw that it is raining already. It was chilling and we can see clouds floating in front of us. The beauty can't be described by the word but in simple words, the weather was so romantic. Poor us everyone was single, but not to worry we enjoyed the rain. It was early morning and we all went for a walk down to the village we were seeing during the night. We went quite far we picked some fruits as well. Then we decided to come by car as it started to rain then we came back in search of a river so that we can take a bath but it was all in vain as we were told the river is closed for now. Then we clicked some beautiful pictures and we came back it was time for checkout. Then we had some snacks and returned back to Bhimtal.
Then we decided to do boating and went to Naukuchiyatal. Then I am afraid of deep water and boating was kind of the first-time experience for me but I came over my fear and then decided to go for it. We had so much fun then we stayed at my grandparent's place in Haldwani at night and we had a train in the morning. We came back in the morning. We had a beautiful trip it was not for many days but two days were the best time we had in such a long time. Finally, we reached back to Delhi, the same hot and sticky weather and we had to go to work at night too.

This trip taught me that you can enjoy the place if you have some good friends and some quality time.

Mukteshwar: It is a village located in Nainital. It is located at the high range of Kumaon hills. The name of Mukteshwar came from a temple about 350 years old of Lord Shiva. It is also known as Mukteshwar Dham. There are many beautiful places to visit and the main attractions are Chauli ki Jali, a small village known as the Satoli village, and many more. You can reach there by your own vehicle and you can book a cab or gypsy from Uttrakhand, Haldwani. You are gonna love the place if you ever visit it. I've been there two times in the same year. During winters you can enjoy the snowfall as well. I will tell about my next journey to Jaipur in my next blog. I am grateful to have many good travel buddies. They make the journey beautiful and loving.

Beautiful sunsets and a walkthrough heaven.
