Me and my college friends decided to go on a trip to Uttarakhand exploring the four major tourist destinations - Haridwar - Rishikesh- Mussoorie- Nainital- Jim Corbett. It was a 9nights/10days trip which included our hotel stay, food & travelling.
We started our train journey from Panvel - Hazrat Nizamuddin(New Delhi) and it took us 2 days to reach.
We headed to Rishikesh - which is known as the Yoga Capital of the world . Rishikesh offers thrilling river rafting adventures in the clean Waters of Ganga. We visited the Famous Lakshman Jhula, Choti Wala restaurant and enjoyed a peaceful evening on the ghats.
We left Rishikesh and proceeded to Mussoorie- known as the queen of hill stations 😍. We visited the very famous Kempty Waterfalls on our way through the mountains . The view was absolutely stunning 😍.
Waking up to beautiful morning in Mussoorie- the next day. The climate was extremely chilled and we headed to explore the queen of hill stations. We explored the local market , did a lot of shopping , had our lunch and clicked many pictures.

The next day we travelled from Mussoorie to Nainital- known as the lake City of Uttarakhand ❤️. We took a cable car ride to experience the panaromic seven hills surrounded by Nainital lake. Spent an evening eating Maggi and roaming at Mall road. Also visited Himalayan view point at the top .
Hotel for stay: Dynasty Resort, Nainital
The next day we had to visit Jim Corbett National Park. We checked in at a hotel in Jim Corbett.
Hotel for stay: Tigers paw resort, Jim Corbett
We rented a few jeeps for our Jungle Safari . The Jeep Safari is one the best adventures for tourist. We spotted a few birds and animals but couldn't spot a Bengal tiger ! Not being so lucky but still we had a thrilling Jeep Safari through the forest.
We came back to the hotel had our dinner. The climate was chilled and so we made a small bonfire . That was the last night of the trip and with a heavy heart we had to bid goodbye to Uttarakhand.
Returned back to Mumbai with a bag full of memories again!
