Amazing Hospitality and supremely friendly staff

We had a 3-day stay at Dehradun and thus booked Ramada since it is not too far from the railway station and is well connected with everything in the central part of the city.

The hotel is simply excellent from the inside. The first day when we reached late evening, there was a Halloween program going on. And it was pretty interesting to see the staff being all dressed with the horns and Halloween makeup. There were some spooky dolls kept at the entrance of the restaurant too.

Coming to the room, since we had booked a suite room, it was simply beyond expectations. The room was divided into a living room and bedroom arrangement with a huge smart TV atop a desk in the middle. The room was well equipped with a mini-bar having all kinds of soft drinks and beverages. The bathroom was super amazing and clean. There were only 2 minor problems. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was non-functional, and there were no taps except in the washbasin. A special mention to the room-service staff - Kumod, Shanu, Harshit, and Beena. The second day when we came in, they made an adorable towel art that was pleasant enough to make our day. They really ensured every single part of the room was comfortable. ​

The breakfast was a fantastic spread of continental dishes consisting of dishes around the country. The breakfast also included a cheese platter, milkshakes, fruit juices, cakes, muffins, etc. The highlight of the stay was on the last day when we were checking out. The restaurant staff - Palak Khanna, Payal, Baljeet, Romey, Pranod and especially Mr. Rohit, who was the restaurant manager, took a photo with us as memory and brought us a red velvet cake as a parting gift with the message written do visit again. This was again beyond expectations and is one of the highlights of how much the restaurant staff ensured the guests had a delightful stay. This was the best experience, and Rohit himself, as the manager, ensured every day that every item and our time at the restaurant was terrific.

Last but not least is the checkout time. Even the staff at the reception took their own picture with us. The reception staff had a new joinee, but her professional demeanor clearly stated how much the hotel cared for its guests. A special recommendation to them since the reception is the place that ensured that even while checking out, we left with a smile on our face.

All in all, I would say this has been the best service and hospitality I have ever experienced at any hotel I have stayed so far across the country. If you are visiting Dehradun, there is no other place better than Ramada to stay in
