A journey through "Land Of The Gods"- Uttrakhand (Nainital+Corbett Safari+Ranikhet)

Devbhumi is the name given to the state Uttrakhand as truly it is the land of gods.

Before starting off I would like to tell you people that I was able to cover all these places in 8 days in just 8000 bucks because I had not wasted any penny on my stays at different places except Nainital as I was with a friend who was a native of other places. So you need to extend your budget a little more than this if you are covering all these places.

My journey started on 24th of December where i landed in Nainital on a local bus from Ramnagar (as I was already staying there). Boating is a must to do in Nainital. It was a 1 day trip to Nainital. After coming back I went to the Jim Corbett National Park a day after coming back to my friends place. If you are visiting Corbett then you must also visit Sitabani which is the birthplace of Love & Kush.I did not stayed in Corbett park area or any other hotel/resort as i was staying at my friends place so which helped me save a lot of money.

Then the next day I visited the famous Garjia Devi Temple which you should must visit if you are coming in Ramnagar to visit Jim Corbett National Park.

Then a day after that I went to Ranikhet for 2 nights-3 days where also I stayed at my friends place which again helped me save more cash. Anyways, here you can visit Jhula Devi Temple, Haidakhan temple ( which provies a scenic view of The himalayas), Golf ground and also any art exhibition if you find any.
