Binsar Sanctuary Entrance Fees: The hotel is located within the Binsar Sanctuary and there will be a one-time charge of INR150 per person (Indians) or INR600 per person (foreign nationals) and INR250 per car.

Rooms do not have air conditioning, as the mountain weather does not require the use of AC.

Alcohol will not be served in the hotel due to sanctuary regulations. Guests may bring their own alcohol.

Only harvested rainwater is used at the estate, so guests are requested to take bucket baths.

Since the hotel is located in a wildlife sanctuary, high up in the mountains, the terrain is uneven. The hotel is not equipped to host differently abled guests.

There's no credit card facility in the hotel. The nearest ATM is in Almora (an hour's drive).
