- Booking and Payment: Booking with PARVAT EXPLORATION signifies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
- Inherent Risks: Trekking and mountaineering involve risks, including weather changes, accidents, or service deficiencies. Participants must accept these risks and ensure personal fitness.
- Fitness Responsibility: Assess the difficulty level of the trek and ensure adequate fitness. Disclose any medical conditions during booking. Failure to do so may result in trip termination without a refund.
- Itinerary Modifications: PARVAT EXPLORATION reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, political unrest). Extra costs arising from such changes are the participant’s responsibility.
- Refund Policy: No refund for unused services or voluntary/involuntary trip termination.
- Refunds for canceled trips will follow the cancellation policy.
- Behavior Expectations: Participants must behave appropriately during the trip.
- PARVAT EXPLORATION reserves the right to terminate a participant's trip for causing distress or danger to others.
- Communication: All communication will be via the email ID provided during registration. Updates to email IDs must be shared in writing.
- Luggage Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Third-Party Services: PARVAT EXPLORATION is not liable for deficiencies in services provided by third-party vendors.
- Extra Expenses: Costs not mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., insurance, visas, personal expenses) are the participant’s responsibility.
- Emergency Situations: Participants are responsible for medical and evacuation expenses in case of illness or accidents during the trip.
- Awareness: Adventure travel involves risks and challenges. Participants must familiarize themselves with the conditions and assume all associated risks.
- COVID-19 Related Cancellations: A complete refund will be provided if the expedition is canceled due to COVID-related reasons.
Individual Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before the trek: 100% carry forward to a future trek or 90% refund.
- 30 to 12 days before the trek: 50% refund or 75% carry forward.
- Less than 12 days before the trek: 10% refund or 25% carry forward.
- Notification Requirement: Cancellations must be notified in writing to hq@parvatexploration.com. Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timeline mentioned above.
- Trek Cancellations by PARVAT EXPLORATION: In rare cases of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest, or government orders, a voucher for the full trek fee will be issued. The voucher is redeemable within one year for any trek.
