New York city
I actually started my journey from Boston by bus having ticket 20$, in the morning 7. I arrived newyork by 11 am. I rushed to cruise ride which I had booked online. Able to catch the cruise, they started showing the mains alongside the bank. It costed me around 14-15 $ .It took off from NewYork Harbor Line. The sights included were the all main offices and towers alongside and had a circle to statue of liberty giving you full Manhattan skyline. They also tell you the information related to the bridges as Newyork has maximum number of bridges.
After the boat tour,I visited the nearby place which was Newyork stock exchange I.e wall street. It was on walkable distance. Later by cab,I went for 9/11 memorial and One World Observatory. The fees for this went around 37$ And the experience was outstanding ! A must do thing when you are in newyork. Later having a masala dosa right outside on street for like 10$,I left for the Intrepid Sea,Air and Space Museum. The admission fee is around 33$.
After this the time was for famous Times Square. It is walkable distance from Intrepid. Around 1.5 miles. After reaching, it was the most crowded place in entire USA,Haha! Wandering there and having a burger from McDonald's I called it off for the day. My stay for the night was in New Jersey,right outskirts the newyork on the way towards Philadelphia. Going there the fare was around 10$
Philadelphia
I took off to Philadelphia in the morning by 7,this costed me 30$. I would say there is not much to sightsee here. There are just a historical ride by hop on hop off buses whose fees ranged from 35$-75$ but I chose not to. I visited the place of renowned liberty bell. After this I took off to Washington D.C.,by bus fare 14$. On the way I had my lunch on drive through. After reaching D.C I learned many historical places there. Having visited US Legislature's home,Lincoln memorial, National mall,Washington's monument,where all these are very nearby to see by walk. Later I was keen to see the White House,which I got to see from the back side. I took off to hotel in Maryland for the night. So,After having visited these, I had booked a bus from DC to direct Niagara the next morning!
Niagara Falls, Buffalo
Leaving early morning at 7 to buffalo taking my 50$ for ride,I reached near Niagara by 2 PM. I had already booked my tickets for Niagara boat ride which costed me around 20$. I rushed to the batch as it was crowded at the time. Having seeing that I am on the border on US and Canada,it was wonderful feeling. As soon as I hopped into the boat,we all had wore the blue plastic ponchos. There was similar kind of boat on other side of bank where people had wore the red ponchos and guess what,those where people from Canada waving to us and shouting and laughing! The boat took off and the excitement shoot me!This fall is divided into two parts, 1 is American fall and then horse shoe fall . The experience was AMAZING!!They take you right down to the Falls,making u all beautifully wet,One of the bestest!
After having the most wonderful experience, it was tummy time.Seeing lots of punjabi hotels,I had a buffet Indian food after 4 days of travelling.The buffet was for 14$. And then I had few hours left before calling the day off. So I visited the Niagara fort which was around 14 miles. The tickets were around 12$. After having relaxing time there,I came to hotel on grand island. And called off the day!
Niagara to Boston
As the distance from buffalo to boston is around 450 miles I left off to boston after having breakfast at there itself. It takes around 8-9 hours .
