The first two floors of the building have 50 pillars; each pillar has intricate carvings depicting a perfect example of Indo - Aryan style architecture. The temple has beautiful sculptures of elephants, dancers, musicians and horsemen making it truly marvelous.
City Palace - This majestic palace is located on the banks of Lake Pichola. It was built over 400 years back. This is the place where Maharanas lived and administered their kingdom. City Palace offers mesmerizing ambience with massive windows, balconies, hall of mirrors and amazing lake views.

Karni Mata Temple - Karni Mata Temple is another Hindu temple located on height near Doodh Talai Lake in Udaipur. This temple is famous for offering beautiful view of whole city from the top. One can reach there by cable car and then need to climb few steps to reach the temple. The temple is dedicated to holy Karni Mata. It is also known as temple of rats as it houses about 25,000 of rats. Feeding these rats is considered as prestigious.
Sajjangarh Fort or Monsoon Palace - This beautiful place is built in white marble and offers breathtaking views. Located on peak of Aravalli hill, one can reach there by sharing cabs that runs from main entry gate.

Gangaur Ghat - Locals used this ghat for celebrating festivals and for bathing. The ghat offers mesmerizing views of the lake. The Ghat is the feeding place for pigeons, you can see a lot of pigeons flying here and there which makes kids engaged too. The ghat is not so clean and well managed but you can visit for some time to relish the lake views and feed pigeons.
Bagore ki Haveli - The building has spacious archways, balconies, jharokhas, terraces, etc. It depicts true Rajasthani culture with lake views. The haveli has different sections namely, puppet museum, haveli museum, turban section, weapons section and wedding section. You can explore whole haveli in 1.5 hours and can click good pictures.
Dharohar, dance show at Bagore ki Haveli is a beautiful show performed by the skilled artists showing their culture. The ladies are dressed up in their traditional attire and perform various dance forms accompanied by puppet show. Dharohar has kept the old traditions alive. The show is well organized and well choreographed. This show takes place in haveli. It was awesome in sitting in old haveli and watch artists perform with beautiful lighting and music.
The program begins with narrative detailing in both languages - English and Hindi. This fabulous and mesmerizing show runs from 7 to 8 pm everyday. Do not miss to enjoy this amazing show while in Udaipur. Fateh Sagar Lake - Walking on the pathways along the lake, watching birds flying, sitting on the bench, soothing breeze touching your face, lively atmosphere is something soulful which can be experienced by visiting this beautiful manmade lake. The lake has a mesmerizing backdrop of green hills which makes it exceptionally attractive. One can enjoy boating here and explore Nehru Park located in the middle of the lake.
