Bali with A Pen Friend!

Ubud is a small and lovely place to be.. One can just rent a bike or cycle or can even explore on foot. Food joints and cafes are excellent out here! We took A night at the Bali Zoo experience here where we got acquainted to a lot of Nocturnal animals, fed animals & had a delicious dinner watching the fire dance! For all the Vegetarians who feel its difficult to find Veg food abroad, Bali gives you choices ! Mama Mia Pizzas are awesome & one should try Mango Lassi along with it! Sounds like wierd combination but its Just Fab!

Its a very calm place in North Bali. Very less crowded.. Great Beaches! Ultimate relaxation- Good Resorts- Dolphin Saling! Yoga & Meditation! We stayed here but went diving to different places! My training was undertaken at Zen Dive Resort which has a 5 star PADI Certified Dive Center. I had 2 days of Theory lessons with 4 modules and an exam after each. 4 confined pool sessions to do the skills. Same were to be dine as a test to get certified in the sea before you start your fun dive!

The Menjangan Island is a spectacular place to Snorkel & to dive! When you reach the place you find like a casual sea.. But who knows it has so much treasure underwater! The island is divided underwater into parts like the Coral Garden, the ship wreck, the cave, etc! It is basically a Marine National Park. We had to take 2 hour drive from Seririt where Zen is located and from the national park, a local fisherman boat loads all your diving equipment and takes you to the Menjangan Island which is 30 mins away! Being Sea Sick, it was pretty much difficult for me in that situation! Well it was a secret until now, because its hard to believe for people that a Swimmer can be Sea Sick too! :P

We went to this island for diving which has lot of corals , one can even donate & plant a coral. Lot of Blue Sea Stars can be seen here. Spectacular structures underwater. I did my last dive here which was the longest and deepest we went was 15m= 45 feet! My certification course ended here after all my theory, confined pool sessions and skills in the sea! It was a day when my Dream came True! Evening we went for a good dinner to celebrate & enjoy my success!

Lot of amazing cafes, restaurants, Bars & night club..!! Fantastic Shopping.. Very lively place in South Bali! While diving I met a girl from Swiss who was working in China. Apparently she became my Diving buddy! After we finished Diving, we planned our trip ahead to Seminyak.. We made more friends enroute.. Friends from Philippines.. We visited Tanah Lot as it is considered to be one of the most beautiful sunset points in Bali! Since it was our last day and we did not know when would we meet next.. We went partying at Potato Head Beach Club! It would be one of the best located clubs with an infinity pool facing the sea! It was just one of the best trips of my life..! I miss Bali..!
