Early check-in, late check-out & adjacent rooms in case of a group is subject to availability and at hotels discretion (they may charge extra also for the same).

Accepting or declining of visa is not in our hands and at the sole discretion of the visa issuing authority. We only do visa documents processing & handling.

Rooms & flights are subject to availability at the time of booking (not at the time of quoting). At the time of booking, hotels/flights may change and we shall confirm with you before booking.

Full payment should be done 15 days prior to the travel date.

Grand Bazaar is closed on Sundays & Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays. If your itinerary contains all this on that particular day we will shift that tour or replace that tour with another tour.

100% of the flight amount is required at the time of confirmation.

20% of the land package amount is to be paid within 7 days of the confirmation.

All the payment should be cleared 15 days before the travel date.

Any cancellation is done 30 days before departure: 20% of the total package

Any cancellation is done 15 days before departure: 50% of the total package

Any cancellation is done 07 days before departure: 100% of the total package
