It was an amazing experience to see the valley of Shepherd named as Doodhpatri. It was the month of May, when i visited.
Doodhpathri lies in Budgam district which is 40 kms from Srinagar and is an hidden Paradise of Kashmir. We reached here directly from Gulmarg which took 3 hours approx. This place is known as “Valley of Shepherds" as I have found thousands of Sheep around Doodhpathri. This is truly a Offbeat, Untouched and picturesque location & is better then Sonmarg & Gulmarg (as per my view)
It is totally an unexplored gem in Kashmir where i have not seen even a single tourist taxi or any pony walas or any commercial shops. Place was really amazing & i took this video from the moving car.
