It was Friday and the next day was my birthday, I just don't want to be in Delhi on my birthday so I asked my flatmates to go on a trip on very evening and all I got was only one frnd Raghuvendra who was ready to go on trip, then we planned to go some place like mountains and Nature and we end up in Triund, a short nd best trek in himachal.

How to visit:

Mcleodganj is best place to visit for a weekend. Overnight journey from delhi to Dharamshala and then local bus from Dharamshala to Mcleodganj.
If you board Bus from Delhi Kashmiri Gate ISBT at 21:00 PM then by 6 to 7 AM you will reach Dharamshala and then 30 min local bus journey to Mcleodganj by 8 AM probably you will reach Mcleodganj.

Budget of Stay:

Hotel room rates are very genuine, ranges from 700 to 1200 for 2.

Taxi fair is quite high but as the roads and the altitude height will explain why😌.

Food is also great and budget 200 per person aprox.

Overall 5 to 6k per person for 2 days if you will do all the fun activity including Trihund trekking and camping.

We board Bus from Delhi Kashmiri Gate at 9 and reached Dharamshala at 7am and then We take local bus from Dharamshala to Mcleodganj and reached Mcleodganj, a small town in himachal soo Amazing and beautiful.
You will mostly find buddhist tradition their.
I have visited a cafe for breakfast and have tea and samosa it was ok but price was too much 😔 and then We visit local market and monarchy.

Bhagsunag Waterfall the trek was amazing and the view was soo beautiful. Crystal clear water on Waterfall and the huge rocks we have taken lots of pics and then We trek more above waterfall and visit the #Shiva cafe. The most beautiful interior nd the place scenary.

We have our lunch their and then We trek more and then reach a point from where we can see the entire mountain nd waterfalls with mcleodganj.
We came back to mainland and we were too tired then We visit a hotel and take a room, the hotel and room were soo beautiful I can see the complete town from that point and the star was also so humble. It was more good then their rates.
We rest their and then watch a cricket match on tv. After that later evening we went out to the market. The real beauty was in night the whole market were twinkling like start I cannot explain the beauty of Mcleodganj in words.
The we had dinner and cake (obvious it was my b'day) and returns back to hotel.

We woke up early for Trihund trek and leave our room at 8 then have a breakfast in a cafe and then We head towards Trihund trek base.
We started our trek at 9 and we reach the top at 2 pm it was amazing experience of trekking to Trihund top, glorious views lovely nature and greenery.
The trek was soo difficult and it makes us soo tired we make some frnds while we trekking to the top and it was fun.
The saying is true that "the journey is more beautiful than the destination"

And after 5+ hrs of trekking we were able to see the top of the Trihund and after that all our tiredness were gone and the beautiful ranges of Kangra makes me soo Happy that I do not wanted to come back. We were able to see the moon peak from the top of Trihund. Then We hire a camp and then stay some time in the camp as we were soo tired and then in the evening every thing was soo perfect and beautiful we had rajma chawal in the dinner
Played some games with other campers. The view of sky in the night was soo clear and beautiful there was soo peace that i dont want that trip to be over.
Then on morning we woke up with sun and the sun rise was soo beautiful and then We had breakfast up their.
And returned back to Mcleodganj and on our way we found the Gorkha regiment Swimming pool with fresh water, the water in the pool comes from the mountains of Kangra vally.
The water was soo fresh but sooo cold like 0 degree freezing cold.
I jumped into the pool and spend some time in pool and after that we return back to hotel and spend some more time in mcleodganj and then We came back to Dharamshala.

In Dharamshala we visited lots of places like Shaheed Smarak, Dharamshala Stadium we watched Ranji Trophy Goa vs Haryana match their. And then in the night we board bus to delhi and the trip was finally over.
