We often head to the mountains when we feel bogged down by life. And why wouldn’t we? Mountains have a healing power that helps us reconnect with ourselves and with nature. So this summer, if you’re looking for an experience that goes beyond the physical realm, I have just the suggestion for you. Jibhi is hosting a three day festival, Shoonya Festival that will make for the most wholesome getaway.
Tell me more!
Shoonya Festival or the Festival of Nothingness aims to guide you on the path of self-discovery. Organised and conducted by a bunch of young, talented people, Shoonya Festival will host unique workshops, interesting experiences and exciting performances. The festival takes you far into the magical lands of Jibhi, away from the trials of real life to awaken your spiritual and creative sides. In addition, it offers a wonderful prospect to meet new people, share life experiences and indulge in activities you haven’t tried before.
When is it happening?
The festival will take place from June 21-23, 2019. (Friday - Sunday)
What your day will look like:
Over the course of the festival, you will experience more than 20 activities such as story-telling, mud-play, nature walks, poetry recitals, mandala making, block printing, EDM, nature walks, drum circle, yoga, meditation and Zumba, to name a few.
Shoonya essentially offers you a retreat where you get the chance to invest in peace and mindfulness all while you have the time of your life! So if you’re looking for a trip that offers you a truly transformative experience, Shoonya is where you need to head to this summer. There’s no doubt that you’ll return rejuvenated with a new enthusiasm for life!
Where is it happening?
