Immaculate and fringed by coconut palms, the Marari beach touches the periphery of the La Plage resort by the sea. Less than 200 feet across the golden sands, the waves of the Arabian Sea wash its shores. Regardless of the arrival of tourism on its shores, the little village of Mararikulam continues its modest existence, and you can watch fishermen cast out to sea, and later bring in their catch.
The beach at Marari is rated as one of the top 5 ‘Hammock Beaches’ by the National Geographic survey.
Right on the shoreline, the La Plage gives its guests direct access to the pristine beach of Marari, and its spectacular sunsets, together with courteous and mindful service to its guests.
