This church is a significant example of Gothic architecture and the first Episcopal Church in Asia. It is one of the must visit places in Kolkata for an Architecture as well as a History buff for its rich glory of colonial times.
The pure white appearance is graceful and elegant, it looks like a white jade carving from a distance and interior features include colorful glass windows. (Note: photography is prohibited inside the building.) The church is only open till 6 PM in the evening from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, it is kept till 6:30 PM.
