The cloudy ghats of Malshej

A tiring cab ride from Mumbai to the Western ghats of Malshej. The beauty of the gorge acts as an instant pain-reliever and we drench ourselves in the beauty of the picturesque ghat and ice cold water falls. To satisfy our dreary hunger, we rely on the roadside roasted corn and over-priced maggi. Atop the ghat, we find a MTDC resort and restaurant with decently priced food. On the way back downhill,the green slopes seem like an oil painting from an artist's canvas. You can't stop yourself from appreciating the colour games that nature plays with your mind.
