Rajgad - Once the capital of Maratha Empire

Rajgad is located approx. 60 Kms from Pune. I prefer to visit this place in rainy days. I would recommend using your personal vehicle to reach the base village either Gunjawane (Chor darwaja) or Bhotunde village (Pali darwaja). I prefer 2nd route.
