We started of the trip at 5 am in the morning from Magarpatta,Pune. Took an OLA to Wakad where we were going to meet the rest of the members. By 6 am rest of our members reached and the journey resumed. Two bikes one car. After a tea break and climbing through the steep slope we reached the entrance of Lohagad.
The trek started and the climbing was rather easy since the time we reached was not afternoon time. After alot of photo sessions and stops in between we reached the top. After reaching the top we observed a Masjid (Place where Muslims worship) and a Shiv Mandir (Place where hindus worship). This proves how secular was the people at that time. We found a place of Water source. The water originated from top of the hill. Even on this hottest temperature the water was cold. The sweetest water tasted. There was a cave where people could rest and have lunch. You have to bring your own lunch or eatables and make sure you don't throw it and spoil the natural beauty.
After a long rest we left from the fort and headed towards the Pawana. We reached Pawana. The beauty of the river was something that cannot be explained. The river was something that made us feel relieve after a tiring day. The night was fun with booze, music, dance and campfire. Although the tent made it too hot to sleep.. We enjoyed our time ♥️
Morning was welcomed again by the river. Had some fun and came back for breakfast. After a relishing Poha chai we came back on our way to Mumbai♥️
