What has come to mean in everyday life nowadays?
-Photography and trends
Trends and issues change, so it is important that we stay with the times...
We live in a world ,
where we speak according to trends,
where we write according to Trends,
where we use KK instead of OK ,
where emoji's depict all what is going inside us.
Such is its dominance
All spiraling down into an abyss of changing lifestyles..
Such changing trends also seen in photography.
These photography trends , mushrooming across the country echo the fascinating story of modern lifestyle, with a tinct of creativity ...
creativity of the nature ,
creativity of the capturer.
1.What's in my hand
One of my favorite till date.
Something which can be even clicked by a non-photographer like me ( someone who is unaware of all the technical terms like ;ISO ,auto exposure, white balance ,etc, etc).
These clicks help you to capture all those small emotions attached with the subject.
With entity in the spotlight and emanation blurred, it gives you a superb click.
2. Follow - me
Started just a few years back by Russian photographer- Murad Osman ,who keeps on following his beautiful girlfriend. He captures precious moments in every steps she takes.
This trend though came in 2011 only, but is still high on it's peak.
3. Snapchat
Though it offers splendid features, one of my personal favorite is adding captions to the image , the very soon you click them.
Something which is as useful as much it helps in relieving the past
A good Snapchat keeps a moment from running away...
4. Black and white
A trend that has always been in!
When you photograph people in colour, you photograph their clothes,
But when you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls!!
Black and white lets you include imagery that isn't distracting but is more pacifying.
5. Vintage photography
Vintages make your image like they were taken a few years back ,which is - Retro.
It gives a throwback to the early days of mobile photography. Tried with vintage objects or a little blur or a monochrome ,makes it a fantastic click.
6. Panotography
Also known as panormic photography.
It is not a new modern Trend.
The word panorama literally means an unbroken view of the whole region.
It allows you to showcase a landscape in an angle like a human eye sees .This realism create an unforgettable presence.
7. Silhouette
Photographing in silhouette, removes details and textures to leave a simple, yet powerful shape - on a vivid background.
The most eye catching silhouette photos are those which have brightly coloured and interesting background.
8. Depict the Emotions
I think that emotional content is an image's most important element regardless of the photographic techniques.
A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about, what is being photographed in the deepest sense.
Capturing the movements of today that will wow your heart tomorrow..
9. The biggest cliche
Biggest cliche in photography is - sunrise and sunset.
Photography is Catching a moment which is passing
and the best time for this is the sunset or the sunrise.
10. Bokeh
11. Retain your Individuality
As with any style or trend in photography ,there is always a room for individuality.
It is a perfect representation of the more personal approach to photography.
So ,Capture and Capture
Capture as much as you can
..... Because Every picture has a story to tell.
