Ranchi is the capital of Jharkhand having lots of attractions nearby. Patratu valley is one of them. A distance of 8km will take away your breath and freeze your eyes. The area is also known as "Manali of Jharkhand".
Just because the hairpin road with many curves gives you amazing thrills that feel is like Manali.
You can hire a cab or rent a bike to relish the beauty of Patratu Valley. Getting on 1350 ft down and the backing upside is breathtaking.
Just hire a cab or rent a bike from Ranchi which is cost around 500-1000rs. During the journey, you will enjoy curves. There is a stopping point where you can see the view of its road and dam.
Patratu dam will give you an amazing view and the sunset point is very glorious here. You'll enjoy it very well. You can boat here it will adventure.
There is a resort 'Patratu lake resort ' which is best for children there is a small park, boat club, and a 3km long footwalk path to explore the dam. There is a restaurant and dhabas where you'll have delicious food.
There is a stone river in which water is clear as crystal where you can do Rock or stone balancing which gives you pleasure and satisfaction. You can picnic here with your friends and family because there is a picnic spot also very near.
