Now since Ladakh is at a very high altitude of almost 15000Ft., you might get breathing issues and certain health issues such as mild headaches, feeling nauseous, restless etc. Now this is not with everyone and everyone's body is different so these are some general symptoms which majority of the people face but there are people like me who are lucky enough to not to have any such issues.
But guys, no need to get scared !!
You definitely have to go to Ladakh but please make sure on reaching Ladakh, you drink a lot of water and keep your body hydrated.
Secondly, make sure to eat well, don't overeat but try to eat a wholesome meal and fill your tummy.
Plan to stay for atleast 2 days in Ladakh to acclimatise your body. In simple words, get your body adjust to the climate. Start exploring near by places such as Leh market, Leh palace etc.
When you arrive from the airport, make sure to take proper rest for 2-3 hours, trust me it will make you feel so fresh and better.
Drink lot of hot beverages to stay warm and you are good to go.
Prior to your trip, do carry some essentials such as sunscreen, umbrella and medicines.
Now another thing is that Ladakh's weather can be tricky.
Like you can see weather fluctuating right after 5 minutes also. If at one point , its hot then after 10 mins, you might feel cold so people make sure to carry all sorts of clothes especially if you are going in mid june to september.
You can carry summer clothes and winter clothes as well. For example - In leh, it is hot but once you will reach Khardungla Pass, it might snow.
So do carry your funky summer tshirt and gloves, mufflers and jackets and don't forget to have a lott of fun !! Love you all !

On my first day of Ladakh, i reached around 11AM, went to my Hotel, had lunch and slept for good 3 hours. I went to Shanti Stupa and explored Leh Market, had dinner, and yes did star gazing and slept to be ready for our next day exciting bike trip.
